Returns & Exchanges

BRS Music & Sound accepts returns on eligible products within 30 days of purchase, provided the item meets the following conditions:

  • Item is in original condition

  • All original packaging, accessories, and documentation are included

  • Product has not been installed, altered, or damaged

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-programmed music services or subscriptions

  • Special order or custom-built equipment

  • Installed equipment

  • Clearance or final sale items

Restocking Fees

Certain equipment returns may be subject to a restocking fee (typically 15–25%), depending on the manufacturer and condition of the item.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify BRS Music & Sound within 5 business days

  • Provide photos and order details

  • We will coordinate repair, replacement, or manufacturer warranty service

Shipping

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to error or defect.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

For return authorization, customers must contact BRS Music & Sound prior to sending any item back.
