Restocking Fees
Certain equipment returns may be subject to a restocking fee (typically 15–25%), depending on the manufacturer and condition of the item.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Provide photos and order details

We will coordinate repair, replacement, or manufacturer warranty service
Shipping

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to error or defect.
